What can you tell us about Pena at Florida complex and Boyd and older prospect at Wichita both having great offensive seasons but not hearing anything about them?

Admittedly, I don't know a ton about Peña. As for Boyd, he's a fun guy to watch! I think if the Saints weren't full of AAAA players and ex-MLBers he may have been called up. Maybe he will now that Broxton has been cut. Boyd actually played junior college football in 2019 after spending time with the As since 2012. Heres a link to a story: https://www.kwch.com/2021/06/19/bj-boyd-reflects-path-wichita-playing-college-football/.

Probably not an MLB guy, but a cool story nonetheless.

excellent article on Ben Gross, who else do you see as current minor league starters who could be excellent or good bullpen candidates for the twins for next couple of years due to to few pitch types or one outstanding pitch?

Louie Varland is the big one. He lacks a third pitch, but his fastball and breaking ball are solid. Griffin Jax is great the first time he faces batters. Tyler Beck is another name to watch. Just got called up to Double-A. He's 25 already but similar to Gross he has great K numbers and doesn't walk many.
