And his manager says it was rosin. If it indeed is rosin than this goes to show how stupid these checks are since rosin is legal. But it's Phil Cuzzi so it won't shock me if it was since he's partially blind.

I always thought they should issue waivers on foreign substances and PED's for players who aren't very good. They could call it the "Ryan Franklin Rule".

Pitchers are allowed to use the rosin bag only.  If there is rosin in the glove, that's a violation.

If we want to know if cheating works or not, take a look at Santiago's numbers this year v. his numbers, well, ever.  You may want to sit down before looking.
