"Break Glass in case of Game Thread" Twins at Orioles 6:05pm cdt 6/2/2021 ad

Emergency back up game thread intro.

Jolly good show what ho, fellow sportsmen!

That Dobnak can bowl a bally good game me old fellow! He sure has the wiskers for it say what!

And those young whipper snappers in the outfield, they'll give him what for!

And i'd rather face the ol' thunderin' judge himself than to hit into that wily infield!

All in all a rousting good team yon Twins got and what of their dominable foe?

Celestino sighting! Awesome!

It's June and we've got Gordon, Celestino, Larnach and Kirilloff and Jeffers in the lineup. Five rookies! The only name missing is Royce Lewis (rats).

Can't wait to see some young arms up this year also. Would love to see these young guys spark this team.

Looking forward to seeing what this lineup does.   It may not be much but at least it is a mix of some new and young faces.   Hopefully they don't make Harvey look like an Ace.

OK, yes it is nice to see the young guys get a chance. It is sad that it is due to all of the injuries. Celestino is going to be raw and nervous, but who knows? Nobody thought Baddoo would be as good as he has been for the Tigers.

Badoo is not exactly 'tearing it up'

I really don't want to defend Baddoo, but his BA fell below .200 after an out of this world start, but when last I checked his BA was back to .250, with an OPS above league average.

I just checked again and he's hitting .236 (including 1 for his last 10), but has an OPS of .845.

I'm not going to argue with you on Baddoo. Wrong hill wrong fight. I'm just frustrated with our team. Sorry for taking it out on Twins Daily. I need a reddit or something
