Others of Note:

The Twins list is pretty much as expected.  I would have liked to see Duran in there but all these guys are good so likely comes down to preference.

It looks like Chicago's rebuild is pretty much complete.  Robert and Madrigal will graduate off of this list and Kopek will likely follow next year so they will have their young lineup and rotation pretty much set for years to come.  Looks like they will be a tough team for quite a while now but after this year not as much for top tier prospects in the system anymore.

Detroit has a ton of pitching coming I presume soon in Mize, Manning, and Skubal but not much in the way of elite hitters ready anytime soon as Green is likely a ways a away and they just drafted Torkelson.  They could use some more elite bats but could have an elite pitching staff if things go their way.

Kansas City has elite pitching coming up as well with Lacy, Singer and Lynch but virtually nothing for hitters either.  I think they might have an unbalanced rebuild but I guess trades and FA could turn that around.

Cleveland has virtually no top 100 talent but I guess when you can find under the radar Ace pitchers who needs top 100 lists.  Clevland could use hitters though and I would suggest they trade some of that pitching to get some as the cupboard looks a little bare there.

Top 100 lists are not the be all end all for good to elite talent and the Shane Bieber and Randy Dobnaks of the world can attest to that but it sure is helpful to have guys in that range to predict future success.

Looking at where teams are IMO Chicago looks like a team with all around young players that project as high performers.  If the pitching side works out for them in time I think they will be an elite team.  Their lineup will be brutal so if the pitching comes around look out.

The Twins simply need elite good young pitching and they have the hitters in the wings to compete for a long time as well.  The central is going to be very competitive very soon.  I think the next two to three years a World series team will come from the central.
