That's why he should not even be on the roster. If Cron is not healthy, he should not be on either.

Take another look at the 40-man roster, and see who could be plugged in instead. We barely have 25 guys worth talking about.

I think it would be better if Schoop, Gibson and Cron are not on the roster.

I wanted Perez over Gibson and Wade over Schoop.

I wanted Cron to stay on the bench. If he's not healthy, he should not even be on the roster. Astudillo can take his spot.

Yeah, I expect a lot of trimming of the 40 man this off season.

I am disappointed, but not depressed.

 

We have a young team, the home plate ump hurt us, there were some questionable managerial decisions, and the defense was worse than usual

 

Overall, we had a bad night. But I think we can win tomorrow. And I think that our younger players are gaining valuable experience.

To be fair, that's probably also true if Adrianza had started at 2B. 

Possibly, but I don't know if Adrianza is healthy either. I suspect he's not, but there weren't a lot of better options for the post season roster.

Given Arreaz's condition there's no way Schoop wasn't going to be on the roster.

One of those ugly games where a bunch of stuff went wrong for the Twins and right for the Yankees.

 

It's more than just stuff going wrong. It comes down to key players not executing for the Twins. This playoff rivalry with the Yanks is more than just bad luck. It comes down to the Yankees just playing better than the Twins time after time again.

I'm assuming that since he's on the roster he's healthy enough to play. Watching Arreaz, Gibson and Cron, that may be a poor assumption.

Graterol is theonerooliethat I might have used earlier. His stuff is in a different league than all our other rookies, and it shows (though lower leverage situation). He will be a #1 if his arm holds up and his secondary stuff continues to improve.
