Gibson got frustrated with close pithes not being called, but at this point in his career, you can't let that get to you.  His emotions got the best of him and he unraveled.  Shower up kid.

 

Cruuuuuuuuuuz!

 

Gibson (a) nibbles too much to get close calls; and (B) doesn't throw enough strikes to get close calls.

I think the diving outfielder got in front of the guy trying to catch Sano's hit and distracted him just enough. A gift that we will gladly take.

 

NOW....we need that shutdown inning. Can anybody do It? The game is moving along smartly at glacial speed. good to be ahead again.
