If they miss the playoffs this year, and fire Spielman... Then what? Does Zimmer go too and we start a reboot? Lucky, there is some young talent on this team and current NFL teams can get better in a hurry.

Yes. They should clean house and let a new GM choose their coach. If money is no object I would give a Godfather offer to Oklahoma HC Lincoln Riley. Dude just churns out Heisman winning QBs.

Yes please. Zimmer might be the most overrated head coach I can ever recall.

He's a great defensive coach, as a head coach, I'd struggle to even argue he's mediocre.
