Guys like Kiriloff and Lewis aren't sure things by any stretch of the imagination. The team the Twins has is good right now, and many players are right in the prime of their careers at this time.

Odorizzi, Gibson, Pineda, and Rosario leaving are not sure things either....

 

Our farm system is in a great spot as a whole and is not dependent on what 2 or 3 of them do.

I haven't been either. But I have a feeling we'll add someone else and there will be a bunch of trades in the final hour. Otherwise I would be getting work done right now instead of writing this post...

I don't know, Pomeranz looked like he was heading toward DFA territory and the Giants got a MLB ready 2B in the process.

Bottom line is that fans were lied to. Ownership claims money isn’t an impediment to additions. Front office claims that additions will be made if the timing is right.

 

One of them flat out lied.
