Tie game in 9th putting a runner on 2nd

Last Spring training game in Florida they decide to put a runner on 2nd in the 9th in a tie game to start inning. I hope they don't decide to ever implement this rule in the 9th or extra innings during regular season.

You could pick runner off and have a 9 inning complete game with 26 outs. Would you lose a perfect game?

I believe the Official Scorers made a determination when this rule was implemented in the minor leagues, that such runner would not have a bearing on a perfect game.

That means you could lose and still pitch a perfect game.
