My wife's supportive right now. It will be interesting once I find full-time employment, and I continue to push the site. We'll see how things go then!

 

Twins top prospects are my next post coming on the site, though!

Had a sort of grand opening last week, and then had 20"+ of snow keep kids home for multiple days, so the progress has been slow in getting stuff on the site!

 

I did, however, put up my second mock draft of the year, which would be of interest to many in here. The Twins first choice remained the same, but their second choice went and had a very good NHSI and may not make it down to them!

So, I did my seventh mock of the year this week, and my weekly focus post was on draft pools and draft compensation picks - and how they're shaping the game outside the draft.

 

I'm putting up a daily thread (link is the most recent one) that captures all the top performers across the minor leagues each day and highlights the top pitchers going that day in the minors as well.

 

Tomorrow, I'll release my AL Central version of my division-by-division team strategy posts (link is to my most recent one on the AL West) for the upcoming draft. Next Monday, my mock draft will expand to the entire first day of the draft (all picks up to the start of the 3rd round).

 

In other words, I hope you're checking in each day because there's new stuff going up each day!!

With the draft passed, I have settled into doing more scout reports, and I'm going to be putting up a rolling top 50 for each team (will keep it up constant, not have certain release days), rolling top 200, and hopefully a report each day on top of the other stuff that's been going up.

 

I recently did a piece on fixing the draft that required a ton of research. I think that could be of interest here. My most recent scouting report was also of a former Twins prospect, Luis Gil. Let me know if there's anything you would be interested in seeing!

great article on fixing the draft! Would you be interested in posting my thoughts on a completely different kind of draft on your site? If not, no biggie. I might write a blog post here, though I doubt it......
