Yep. Spielman should be gone. Good riddance. Zimmer gets another year, but things don't look good.

This season has been a huge disappointment. The amount of talent on this team is not showing up on the field. I've been on Zimmers team, but this season it has been blatantly obvious there is a problem.

Why would you give him another year of you don't think the talent is showing up on the field?

This team is completely unprepared and/or unwilling to match the Bears physicality. Zimmer has accomplished nothing as a head coach, I don't understand the love for him. He belongs at D Coordinator, not head coach.

I'm ok with Spielman for now. He's done a nice job managing the cap, I guess, and he's made a few nice draft picks but if he ignores the OL this offseason, I'm done with him.

Zimmer can stay but they need someone to fix the offense who will take the timidness out of him on that side of the ball. Bluntly, this team should be playing up-tempo offense and, with this defense, be the first team that decides that punting is optional. The OL makes a lot of that hard to do, of course.

This team's problems go way deeper than a couple offensive linemen.

So both Spielman and Zimmer can stay. Not sure I agree.

You're ok with Spielman?

There are too many problems with this team to be comfortable keeping Spielman and/or Zimmer. I'm done with Spielman. Zimmers shtick is getting old, and isn't effective.

I'm really disappointed with Cousins. That might or might not be on Zimmer and Spielman. It isn't like he was an unknown. Everyone in MN was excited because Teddy, Bradford, and what's his name were not super bowl QBs. The lousy OL is absolutely on Spielman, and that could have been a big factor in how they offense has played.

Like I said, I hadn't realized he'd been our GM this long. I thought he came along at about the same time as Zimmer. He does have some pluses as I mentioned but I won't object if we moved on.
