Did KFC move?

Not as long as I can recall, which goes back to late 70s. I don't recall in coming to Winona until the mid 80s, right around when Bunke closed. I went to school with his kids. My family also owned an auto repair shop. So, we knew them well. KFC is on the frontage road, kinda at a funny intersection. There used to be a shoe store across the street, but that's a sports medicine office now.

Dozier did his best to muffle it by pulling his cap down tight over it, but his Glorious Hair could still just barely be made out at times during the postgame interview as it shouted "Tremble before my irresistible coiffed might, wretched mortals!"

Never look directly at it. It's like the Ark of the Covenant.

Yeah, I know ... I grew up not far from there. I think the KFC used to be a place called Chicken Villa.

Question:

Yankees and Red Sox tie for Division, they have a tiebreaker system for that?

In other words, no chance Yanks have to play a game 163. That wouldn't be right.

I imagine it is the head to head series winner, but what do i know?

I suppose i could look it up...

Er... having looked it up, yeah a tie breaking game would ensue.

Yeah, winning division does mean more now.

Division titles and the second wild card have to play it off, so they would have to play it off in game 163.

If the Twins and Yankees tie for the first wild card, there is no playoff -- Yankees host based on head-to-head.

Interesting. I wasn't aware of this change. In the one-wild-card format there was no playoff game because both teams were in the postseason anyway. But in the two-wild-card format there is an advantage in the postseason schedule for the division winners so they play off to determine who gets which berth.
