Royals shut out tonight for 4th straight time. That is incredie.

The way this is playing out for the Royals is pretty much perfect for the rest of the ALC. They held on to their expiring assets as they made a run at the deadline but are now steadily drifting out of the race. They're not going to be very good for quite some time.

On the other hand, they're due to bust out offensively this weekend.
