Nothing about Turley impressed me.  He was throwing 92-93, but had no command and the curve didn't appear to me to be anything special.  

 

No one was hitting his breaking stuff, he just couldn't locate it. That's not exactly a positive though.

OK, quick question, what exactly is this Rube Chat place? I've only ever been a Twins Daily member, so I'm not aware of other sites.

Not sure we can judge much about whether anyone could hit it...I'm not sure he threw one for a strike.

Apologies if this has already been covered, but when I was last on Gameday a few minutes ago it was still being weird. The score at the middle of the fifth read 5-3, but the play-by-play didn't show the fifth run scoring. Then the box showed Turley facing one batter in the bottom of the fifth, but again the play-by-play didn't show that play or batter. Any help translating?

Never mind, guess it's fixed now. For several minutes the play-by-play somehow completely skipped a few at-bats from the fifth: the ones taken by Eduardo Escobar, Eddie Rosario, and....

Lol ... I guess that was generic enough to cover a lot.

Some of stuff posted in the March for Science group on FB just astounds me. Thank goodness for incredible pictures of the Cosmos and Earth.

So I had to go to the doctor yesterday. There was a piece of lettuce hanging out of my...uh...backside. Not sure how, but anyways.
