Today's opening thread post was hilarious. You've got a dollar from me for every game....get a dollar from all the other posters and well...you might be close? Here's to the Twins keeping up their winning ways! Hope Kepler/Sano drop a few more bombs this weekend and Buxton can actually get a hit that lands further than the infield!

That is great out of the box thinking. Unfortunately not wearing a Twins shirt doesn't guarantee victory... My shirts only have the power to guarantee losses so I need the opposing teams. 

 

Rest assured... I have decided to only wear the Twins shirt on off-days.  I'm trying to use my power for good instead of evil.

I wonder what younger people call them, since Polo isn't really a huge brand anymore....

 

I call them golf shirts now, not sure why, other than most courses require collared shirts, and collared is more syllables than golf.

 

I've only known them as Polo and when you search for them online they are listed as polo. 

 

Golf Shirts? This is the shirt I wear when I golf.

Just curious but if a player is Catholic and goes to mass on Good Friday before the game, do they play the game with the ashes on their forehead?  Has anyone ever seen that?

 

The answer is... I haven't seen it but it is possible if the Catholic player doesn't wash his forehead or sweat for 6 weeks.

Almost seems like they're going to have to play through the rain tonight. Tomorrow afternoon doesn't seem that good weather-wise either. Don't think they would want to postpone two games.

 

I really hope we play. Been seriously looking forward to it. 

 

With my schedule and the constant day games so far. I have not watched a full game yet on TV and tonight was going to be the first one. 

 

No game tonight would be cruel.

The White Sox starting outfield all have the last name of Garcia. It will be the first time all 3 starting outfielders had the same last name in MLB history.

And first time EVER, that all starting outfielders on the same team, having the same last name... lose!!!!!!!!
