  1. I am still team DaveW, believe him all the way. Thanks again for sharing Dave. 
  2. Since we have extended the deadline to tomorrow, can we start placing bets on the over unders for numbers of comments and pages on this thread by the time it is over?

I was called an attention whore in the message by a member who I won't mention.

This isn't the case at all, I have a legit source, I have messaged background on the source to Brock and another Mod at this point, if they think I'm full of it or something they can feel free to lock the thread/ban me or whatever. It's fun to "be in the know" before everyone else when it comes to sports scoops.  My "In the Know" story was I was on vacation with a guy who's roommate at the time worked for the Vikings in some fashion and told him the day before we were going that Onterrio Smith was going to be suspended because he tried to "beat" a drug test somehow.  It came out a few weeks later he got caught with the Whizzinator.  Good times!

Very nice, this thread is a fun trip down memory lane as well! Whizzinator is an all time great Minnesota sports story, it's no love boat, but its close! Yeah, it's fun to be tipped stuff once in a while, especially when you are a big sports fan.

Speaking of the love boat, I found out that it now resides in Okoboji Iowa (I have a lot of family in Okoboji) I want to rent it out some day.

As of 4:18 PM we are 517 posts.  

 

I will put the over/under at 605.  This takes into account most of us go home from work around 4:30 or 5:00 and the messages slow a bit.  

 

I think that leaves us with a window of about 7:00 or 8:00 for the trade.

 

I will take the under.

I'll take the over since I don't think the deal gets done until at least tomorrow. And what are we considering done? Leaked to MLBTR? Officially announced?

I wouldn't define "by the time it is over" as when the deal is announced or confirmed

 

It should be when the thread finally falls off the front page.
