What will Lirano's line be against the Twins tomorrow?

What matters is only the knowledge Terry Ryan had at the time the decision was made.

This makes it fairly difficult for us fans to complain, since we will never know for sure what was in Ryan's mind.

I am still not happy about trading the Twins' highest ceiling pitcher to their most hated rival for two mediocre prospects. I think that it was a mistake not to give Lirano one more start, in the hope that another golden egg might pop out of his ass. Unless you believe that at least one of the prospects has significant value, what would be the downside of giving Liriano another start? Losing two mediocre prospects?

If Liriano leads the White Sox to the World Series, then words cannot express how sickening this will be.

This isn't about what you think of the trade, there are 30 other threads for that, this is about how you think he will pitch tomorrow against the Twins.

I was not trying to drag your thread OT and have deleted my original post to prevent further OT conversation.

I won't touch this one... Because it would really suck to guess right.

I couldn't figure him out while he was here.... I don't want to be able to figure him out in another uniform. Nope... I won't play... In case I nail it.

My guess:

5 IP 10 H 5 ER 6BB 6K

Very much a guess. I'm betting he's nervous and he end up serving up some meatballs.

Another question is how long will Blackburn's start?

There's no fun in guess how bad Blackburn is gonna get lit up.

the over/under tonight is 9 total runs. Pretty sure that will be destroyed within the first 3 innings.

I could actually see Liriano pitching well tonight. A lefty heavy Twins lineup and Liriano has always killed lefties.

I'm guessing a gritty 6IP 3H 3ER 2BB 7K

Screw Liriano, I'm going to predict Mauer's line tonight:

0-0, 4 BB, 1 K.

I think Joe will know what Francisco is going to throw before Francisco will.

0-0 and 1k?

Latino Mind Reader?

It could be that. I think Joe's been watching the movement of Liriano's pitches since 2006 might help him some too. Minus injury time of course.
