I reported elsewhere a similar behavior on my laptop, with a popup after a certain period of time telling me to accept an update for Firefox when none is needed. I have run Norton Utilities and it finds nothing on my own disk to account for this. I think Brock needs to look into all this when he gets back from his travels.

Ditto. Only way out for me is to shut down the browser. It's specific to TD, too...it doesn't occur on other sites.
