ESPN ends its chats

Apparently, ESPN isn't going to do chats anymore.  That was one of the few reasons I kept going back to them.  Nearly all the crap I want to read is on their insider now except for the sweetspot and Caple articles.  Bummer.

Insider is pretty cheap for what you get, imo.

 

And yes, ending chats is a bummer. I liked KLAW, Matt Williamson, and 2-3 random ones a week.....

I had insider once through ESPN the Magazine (probably a decade ago now).  But they double billed me when I re-upped and it took forever to fix it - although they eventually did.  But arguing about $26 (or whatever it was) with a massive corporation on several different phone calls gets old really fast.  So, I never went back.

I can understand that for sure. I love the service, but even I have considered killing it.
