That was not a hit by pitch. My evidence is that Parra was rubbing his wrists and shaking them around, but if he had been hit anywhere (which he wasn't), he would have been hanging onto his arm up by his elbow.

Like Dicknbert said, that was a good act like some.

Why are the Twins the only ones that think Duensing can pitch? This is not rocket science.

I surmise this is one of those strange games where we can only score runs in increments of 5.

So i'm looking forward to the 15-10 walk off win...

But theoretically the Twins won't score those next 5 runs until the 10th, so we just might not get to the 15th.

We had a close game going and we didn't even try to manufactur a run with the hicks bunt and error. I know we lost by 5 but that was a really poor decision late in the game to not bunt him over and home.

Couldn't disagree more.  The Twins had Dozier, Hunter, Mauer, and then Plouffe coming up, with Mauer fresh off a three-run bomb.  Manufacturing runs is overrated, especially in this era with so many strikeouts.  Getting a runner to third is nice, but giving up the out is not worth it.  Too bad Dozier's roller to third wasn't a little softer, so that Hicks could advance.

Thrust, velocity, angles of momentum, gravity, ... maybe it is rocket science.

In any case, Duensing has lost it. He's gone full Blackburn. Everyone knows, ... you never go full Blackburn.
