Kennys Vargas as John Turturro....

John Turturro plays a nasty character by the name of "Carl Cody" in an underrated 80s Friedkin shoot-em-up,   "To Live and Die in LA".  Among his best lines in the movie, and there are a lot of them, is when Cody ominously taps the plate glass window and tells his crime boss,  "Masters"  (Willem Dafoe)-

"Hey, don't forget about me."

Well, Vargas has already "tapped" out two HRs in the first two innings of today's first game of a DH in Norfolk, VA.

I like the way Kennys is letting his bat do the talking, I think he got the message about saving his power displays for the games and not the BP session.

Very encouraging so far.

That's a very elaborate way of saying what you're saying.

I like actors who speak memorable lines in films  (I just enclosed the link to the To Live and Die... clip).

I especially like athletes who shut up and let their bats do their memorable talking for them.
