When you reach the Post #430 milestone,  you're supposed to say it in the form of one of Luther's 95 "theses"

Being the offspring of two Lutheran ministers, I know of oodles of Martin Luther quotes full of scatalogical flavor.

I guess it's no big deal that I wasn't able to listen to the end of the game. Wait, we might come back and win in the 11th. Oh, wait, somehow I feel like an idiot to even think of that.

In '10 you would say "I KNOW the Twins are going to win." In '11 you could say "I THINK the Twins are going to win." In '12 you would say "I HOPE the Twins are going to win." In '13 you would say "I WISH the Twins would win." In '14 you'd say "I think the Twins are going to lose." In '15 we all shout "I KNOW THE TWINS ARE GONNA LOSE."

That's actually my May-Sep progression over that time, not my '10 - '15 progression.

OT question, I've never been to a Sonic. Am I missing anything? If so, what?

the Lemon-Berry slush is pretty awesome, and I like the onion rings even if (or maybe because) they are pretty greasy.  Beyond that, you aren't missing anything.

Masters update:

Spieth -17 thru 8

Rose -13 thru 8

Phil -12 thru 9

DJ -10 thru 11

Rory -8 thru 9

Tiger -5 thru 9 and may have busted his wrist on a tree root with his 2nd shot on 9.  He's in a bit of pain.

What is the exact definition of the baseline?

There's no such thing as a baseline until someone tries to make a play on a runner.  Then it's a straight line from the runner to the base, +/- 3 feet either direction.

Or was that question just rhetorical?

I couldn't remember how many feet on either side.

ETA: I did know what a baseline was. Honestly. Just not the exact definition.

ETA (again): Where does the shortstop stand?
