Three overlooked Hall of Fame candidates

No, the subject line does not pertain to my opinion of who I think ought to be put in the Hall of Fame.  Rather, I'd like to collect opinions of what three Twins players, who aren't already enshrined, you would recommend be considered by a future panel of experts.

This seems like well-covered ground, especially in light of the recent HoF election.  But it's coming from a slightly different angle, even if it's not apparent from the wording.

So, who (not still playing) from the Twins would you put up for the Hall of Fame?  Or managers, or a broadcaster, or an owner?  If you are old enough, or are of an historical bent, it needn't be a Twin, if you have a Miller or Saint you'd like to suggest.  I do need to keep it to the professional ranks, "Organized Ball" if you will, which would exclude Gophers or other amateurs.  And the connection needs to be to Twin Cities professional teams, not simply someone who grew up here or had other local connections.

Give me three ranked names of who you think the people of the Twin Cities ought to get behind, if the Hall of Fame asked.

I think Johan Santana's peak was hall worthy.

Jim Kaat certainly has had a lot of discussion but I think there should be some way to look at "body of work" and put him in - 75 WAR career then another 30 years as a very good broadcaster.

Brad Radke - had more 5 WAR seasons than Smoltz and just as many as Glavine (among others).  Had more seasons in the top 10 in WAR than Johan.  During his career, only Moose, Clemens and Pedro amassed more pWAR int the AL than Radke.

Patrick Reusse - in the journalism wing.  He clearly loves baseball and has cared about it longer than most.
