Blog Post, front page, unpublished

A quick question. I wrote a blog post the other day, and when I logged on today, under latest news, that blog post was listed with an "Unpublished" tag next to it. When I opened the article, it had a future date and time listed for the posting time, and had some minor editing done to it. When I visit the site while not logged in, the article isn't visible on the front page.

 

I've had blog posts put on the front page before, but never has anything like this happened. Is this an indication that the post has been selected to be published as an article at a later date?

Yep, you got it. You can see it because you're listed as the article author. The unpublished tag simply means it's in the process of proof-reading, adding images, and set up for later posting.

 

The only people who can currently see that post are admins, mods, and the author.
