Is it just me, why in the world with this current young team actully trying to get into the wild card play off picture, did the Twins think for one single minute that picking up fatso Colon, he would be anyting different than what he has been with the past two clubs, the Braves, and the mets before that, it's in my own opinion; a complete Joke, signing Colon made no business since what so ever. I personally would rather see the team bring up a young stud arm from with in our farm system, at worst, that young arm would get the opportunity to pitch in the big leagues, and possible come back later in his career to actually make the parent teams permanent roster, instead, we are stuck with this fat slob every 4 starts, he pitches into the 3=-4 inning does OK, and then starts to deliver beach balls to the opposing hitters, just like tonight, we have 3=1 lead, and just like his stint with the Braves, talk about pathetic effort here, we do what we always have done, sign and spend millions on the old worn out retread tires, ie; Mike Pelfrey, on and on and on, how's the millions and millions of $$ spent on Phil HUges doing these days, another example of poor ownership and worse knee jerk reaction to continue to hire over the hill fat unsuccessful players, ie Colon.  to close, once again tonight, my most hated middle reliever, comes in, and quickly manages to give up runs, Pressley simply Sucks, yet, Molitor and Allan keep right on marching him out to take the ball, and he continues to hand out runs in close games, just hope we don't end up wishing that Pressley and Colon were not part of this final push to finally make the AL playoff picture,
