Mike Pelfrey's arm is feeling better. Last night he pitched 7 shutout innings against the Royals as he struck out four, walked two, and gave up five hits as the Twins cruised to a 3-0 victory.   That's a good result, but it doesn't necessarily indicate Pelfrey's arm is feeling better. How about last night!?
